EXCUSES!!!
The snooze button on my alarm was my friend today!!! Since returning from the BPA State Leadership Conference, I have just not felt 100%. Now I am battling a head cold, along with my husband and two of my kiddos. It is NOT fun. Yesterday was my long day, so this morning, I decided to give my body a rest by sleeping in and not going to the gym. However, the day is not over yet. While my oldest is at guitar lessons, I am gonna throw on my walking shoes and spend that 30-minutes cruising around downtown Emporia on my feet. Tonight will be stretching and Yoga. My muscles need some TLC.
Surprisingly, I am not as sore as I had thought I might be. For now, I am going to do the strength training video every other day, until I build up strength and endurance. It will take me longer than the 30-days that the video indicates...but that is okay! This is a marathon, NOT a sprint.
